Outline (in English)

To achieve higher performance in sports, athletes themselves are required to acquire knowledge and skills to deal with sports injuries and traumas, as well as methods of conditioning their bodies. Moreover, understanding the functional anatomy involved in sports injuries, traumas, and conditioning is extremely important.
