Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
This class is for 2nd year students and above.
In this class, students plan and verify the effectiveness of strength training, which is a part of conditioning that encompasses physical training theory, by focusing on training methods that meet their own objectives.
This is an active learning type class in which students practice a training program they have created themselves, and the class is conducted in an active manner with the students taking the initiative.

4:To be able to correctly record the results of training
5:To be able to present the results of training using PowerPoint

【Learning activities outside of classroom】
The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each (4 hours total).
Students are encouraged to relearn the issues covered in class in the process of systematic training, both in club activities and at the training center.
In particular, please continue to practice what you learn in class, paying attention to the fact that you can also learn about changes in yourself from measurements such as weight, body fat percentage, and body temperature, as well as from the quantity and quality of your diet, water intake, quantity and quality of sleep, and bowel movements.

【Grading Criteria /Policy】
Credit will be awarded based on the following criteria for the five items listed in the achievement objectives.
 1. Reports on assignments presented in class: 30%.
 2. Reaction paper in class: 30%.
 3. Presentation of results (materials prepared, presentation attitude, etc.): 40%.
