Outline (in English)

This course aims to acquire the knowledge and skills to exercise with others through habitual physical activity. Students will deepen their understanding of the significance of recreation in daily life while exercising with equipment, with badminton and table tennis as the main sports. The exercise load involved in this class is not heavy, so students who do not have an exercise habit can take this course.

By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings:
1. to acquire knowledge of safe exercise through physical activity.
2. to acquire the skills to exercise with others according to individual abilities.
3. to recognize changes in one's body and physical condition while engaging in sports.
4. to understand the significance and issues of recreation in modern society.

Students are expected to complete assigned tasks after some sessions, with a recommended study time of at least four hours per class. The final grade will be determined through the evaluation of goal achievement(50%), these assigned tasks(10%) and a term-end report(40%).
