Outline (in English)

With the development of science and technology in recent years, sports science and health science have also undergone many advances. Effective, efficient, and safe methods of exercising and managing one's health have been proposed.
The purpose of this course is to expose students to the latest sports science through exercise and sports and to deepen their understanding and practice of the latest health science that contributes to maintaining and improving physical, mental, and social health throughout life.

Students are expected to be in good physical condition before attending the class so that they will not have any physical or mental problems during the physical activities in the class. In addition, students are expected to follow the lecture's instructions in charge of the class regarding assignments to be done after class and preparations for the next class. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

Grading will be based on two points.
(1) Participation in class activities and class attitude: 40%.
(2) Report on the lecture: 60%.

This grading method is a general rule, and students who are sick or weak, observers, or have special physical reasons that make normal activities difficult will be evaluated individually.
