Outline (in English)

The aim of this course is to help students practically learn statistical modelings using Python. The goal of this course is to apply statistical modelings such as Generalized linear mixed models and Bayesian hierarchical models to students's own data using Python by oneself. Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments before each class meeting. Your study time will be more than four hours for a class. Final grade will be calculated according to the following process reports and assignments (90%) and in-class contribution (10%) .
