Outline (in English)
(Course Outline)
This course introduces basic knowledge about intellectual properties and laws with specific examples to foster a proper mindset about intellectual properties.
(Learning Objectives)
The goals of this course are to:
1. understand basic knowledge and concepts regarding intellectual properties.
2. be able to provide simple explanations on intellectual property issues that have occurred nearby.
3. be able to early recognize and avoid possible problems regarding intellectual property rights in advance.
(Learning Activities outside of Classroom)
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to deepen their understanding by reading the lecture materials and the reference books and by researching articles and news stories related to the lecture content.
(Grading Criteria / Policy)
The evaluation will be based on quizzes in lectures or reports submitted [70%] and participation attitudes in lectures and exercises (comments and questions) [30%]. Term-end examination will not be conducted.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
知的財産と法に関する基礎的な知識・考え方について、具体的事例を交えながら考察することで、「知的財産マインド」を育む。
※注意：科目名は「国際経営分析」となっていますが、実際の授業内容は「知的財産と法」です。
到達目標Goal
1. 知的財産と法に関する基礎的な知識・考え方を理解する。
2. 身近で起こった知的財産に関する問題に関し、簡単な解説ができる。
3. 知的財産権に関して起こり得る問題を事前に察知し、それを回避できる。

本授業の準備・復習等の授業時間外学習は、４時間を標準とします。授業資料や参考書で予習・復習するとともに、授業内容に関連する記事やニュースを調べることで、授業内容についての理解を深めてください。
