Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
The aim of this course is to provide students with a basic understanding of the theory and principles of corporate law, regulating corporate activities. In order to manage a corporate in competitive business environment, business leaders are required to develop the literacy to leverage the knowledge of laws and regulations strategically. In this course, students will study the knowledge of laws and regulations related the organization and management of the corporate.

【Learning Objectives】
The goal of this course is to provide students with the fundamentals of legal study, such as understanding the content and legislative intent of articles, analyzing judicial precedents, and being able to explain important rules under the corporate law.

【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Before class, students are required to read the lecture materials distributed through the "Learning Support System" and the relevant parts of the textbook. After class, students are required to review the lecture materials and textbook by checking the articles of the laws covered in class and submit their assignments.

【Grading Criteria /Policies】
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following. Number of assignment submissions:60%, Term-end examination: 40% (Attendance of at least 2/3 of the class is a requirement for evaluation)
