Outline (in English)

Small group of students join research works conducted by their supervising professor to have experiences of research activities and learn methodology to carry out research and development on applied chemistry. Study results are summarized as graduation work theses, acquiring writing and presentation skills of research papers.
By fulfilling the theme, students are requested to improve the functionality of inorganic ceramic materials related to the environment and energy by controlling the nanostructure, and to develop optical, electronic, and magnetic functional materials by controlling dispersion condition of constituent nanoparticles.
Grading will be decided based on lab reports, and the quality of the students' experimental performance in the lab.
