Outline (in English)

This course introduces students to the theory of international environmental law. Students may learn the specific legal framework of international environmental issues and gain better understanding by reading leading cases.In order to write the Ph. D. thesis, students are required to consider the prior researches and methodology.
Students are required to study at least 2 hours before and after the class.
The course grade will be based on final paper (50%), presentations (30%), and discussions (20%).
