Outline (in English)
【Course outline】In this course, we will provide a comprehensive overview and discussion of issues common to the international community with the aid of the SDG framework.
The following three objectives are to be achieved.
1. To acquire a developed knowledge of the concept of social development and the themes to be addressed, by going back and forth between theory and practice, while relating them to the SDGs.
2. To comprehensively understand the messages of the SDGs, such as "leave no one behind" and "change".
3、Search for measures that Japan should take based on the principle of "common but differentiated responsibilities (CBCR)" set forth in the SDGs.

Grading will be decided based on
1. Mid-term report(40%),
2. Presentation(30%), and
3. contribution to the class(30%).

本科目では、SDGsの枠組みを援用しつつ、国際社会共通の課題を網羅的に概観し、考察する。
到達目標Goal
下記の3点を到達目標とする。
1. SDGsに関連づけながら、各回テーマについて、理論と実践の両方を往復することで発展的な知識を習得する。
2. SDGsにこめられた「誰一人取り残さない」「変革」といったメッセージを包括的に理解する。
3. SDGsが掲げる「共通だが差異のある責任（CBCR）」の理念を踏まえて、日本がとるべき方策を模索する。
