Outline (in English)

This course aims to attain student's understanding of modern politics. In order to reach that goal, it is needed to study modern politics in a systematic way. It starts out from clarification of the definitions of important notions which appears on literatures of political science.
The goals of this course are to realize relationship between political theory and decision-making process.
Before each class meeting, students will be expected to have read or watch news on politics. Your required study time is at least one hour for each class meeting.
Grading will be decided based on term-end report 50%, and class contribution 50%.
