Outline (in English)

【Course outline】The purpose of this class is to study students' acquired expertise on the demonstration and improvement of advanced sports performance through natural and psychosomatic science approaches and to deepen understanding of how to provide support and guidance to athletes, coaches, and sports organizations. In addition, students will deepen their understanding of providing better support and guidance in sports education related to school physical education and lifelong sports through the humanities and social science approach.

【Learning Objectives】
Promote a greater understanding of support and coaching for improved sports performance and quality sports education.

【Learning activities outside of classroom】
This course is taught in an omnibus format by the faculty members in charge of each specialty and requires 2 hours of preparation and review for each class of specialized knowledge of the faculty members.

【Grading Criteria /Policy】
Grading will be decided based on the contents of class participation (not attendance) (40 %) and the evaluation of a report (60%).
