Outline (in English)
【Course outline】
The purposes of this class are to learn the feature of physical construction and function on the various subjects and to find the procedures/contents of the training for each subject.
【Learning Objectives】
Objectives are to understand the procedures/contents of the training for various subjects, and to use these findings in the own research design and also in the training guidance.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Students search the reference in which physical training is conducted for the attractive subject and make the PPT slides for presentation.
【Grading Criteria/Policy】
Contents of the selected reference (60%) and presentation skill (40%)

スポーツ科学に立脚したスポーツ・運動の指導が求められている。これまでの科学的知見からスポーツ・運動の指導対象者のからだの理解と対象者ごとの指導方法・内容を学ぶ。
到達目標Goal
指導対象者のからだの特徴を理解し、その指導方法・内容を選択・活用できるようにする。

興味のある対象者にスポーツ/運動指導を行った文献を学生に選んでもらい、要約してプレゼンテーションしてもらう。指導対象者ごとの特徴、指導環境の特徴、指導方法・内容の特徴、それぞれの理解を促し、ディスカッションを活用して双方向の講義にする。
プレゼンテーションの内容は学習支援システムの「授業内掲示板」に掲示して共有できるようにする。

割り当てられた対象者に関する先行研究を事前に読んで、内容をプレゼンするためのパワーポイントスライドを作成する。
本授業の準備学習・復習時間は各 2 時間を標準とします。

成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
指導対象者を選択し、その指導に関するレポート（６０％）、レポートのプレゼンテーション（４０％）とする。
