Outline (in English)
Learning Objectives
Sports organizations must provide services according to the needs and lifestyles of diversifying sports consumers. The purpose of this class is to learn the market investigation and analysis method indispensable in understanding the needs of sports consumers and to connect learning contents to practical experience through actual investigation. Students will learn how to present evidence that will contribute to solving problems at the practical environment by analyzing data gathered from sports consumers such as sports makers, professional sports teams and fitness clubs and reporting the results.
Learning activities outside of classroom
As assignments outside of class, Students will be asked creating research questionnaires, drafting a survey plan, conducting the survey, and tabulating the results.
Assignment 1 (Creating a questionnaire): 25 points
Task 2 (Conducting a questionnaire survey and analyzing the results): 25 points
Assignment 3 (implementation of interview survey and analysis of results): 25 points
Assignment 4 (Survey report): 25 points
Grading Criteria /Policy
The evaluation criteria for tasks 1 to 4 are as follows:
25 points: In accordance with the designated format and based on the contents of the class, the keywords are used correctly, and the problem is tackled from a unique point of view, and the answers derived are also accurate answers to the problem.
20 points: Following the designated format, based on the content of the class, using keywords correctly, and working on the assignment from your own unique perspective.
15 points: In line with the designated format and based on the content of the class, students are working on assignments using keywords correctly.
10 points: Working on the assignment according to the designated format and based on the contents of the class.

スポーツ組織は多様化するスポーツ消費者のニーズやライフスタイルに応じたサービスの提供を提供しなければならない。本授業はスポーツ消費者のニーズの理解において欠かすことのできない市場調査および解析の手法を学ぶとともに、実際の調査をとおして学習内容を実践経験へとつなげることが目的である。受講者はスポーツメーカー、プロスポーツチーム、フィットネスクラブなどのスポーツ消費者から収集したデータを解析し結果を報告することで、現場における課題の解決に資する証左の提示方法を習得する。

1回[対面/face to face]：スポーツマネジメント現場の課題
スポーツマネジメント現場の実務担当者が持つ課題を特定し、その解決においてどのようなデータが必要とされているのか理解する。
2回[対面/face to face]：社会調査の種類
量的なアンケート調査と質的なインタビュー調査の特徴をそれぞれ理解し、調査の目的に応じて使い分けることのできる判断力を身に付ける。
3回[対面/face to face]：質問項目の作成
量的なアンケート調査において設定する必要のある人口動態的特性、心理的特性、行動的特性、関係的特性などに関する質問項目について学び、自ら作成する。
4回[対面/face to face]：調査票の作成
調査票の説明および依頼文の作成に加え、回答者が答えやすい質問項目のデザインやレイアウトを学び、さらにアンケートにおける共通手法分散バイアスや疲労バイアスなどの制御方法についても学習する。
5回[対面/face to face]：標本抽出方法
社会調査における標本抽出方法について、確率抽出法と非確率抽出法の二種類から学びを深め、各自の調査に適したサンプリング方法を選択する。
6回[対面/face to face]：量的データの入力
データ入力、欠損値や異常値のクリーニング、変数の定義、カテゴリー変数の作成などを、エクセルとSPSSを用いて学習する。
7回[対面/face to face]：量的データの記述統計
実際に収集したデータを用いて、度数分布、平均値、標準偏差、クロス集計などの記述統計について学習する。
8回[対面/face to face]：心理的要因の分析
信頼性と妥当性の検証を必要とする心理的要因の分析方法について学ぶとともに、これらの要因間の関係性を分析する。
9回[対面/face to face]：図表の作成
記述統計と心理的要因の分析結果を、エクセルによってグラフや表にまとめる。
10回[対面/face to face]：質的インタビューの質問項目の作成
質的なインタビュー調査の質問項目を帰納的アプローチから作成する方法を学習する。
11回[対面/face to face]：質的データの分析方法
質的データを分析するため、テキストデータの切片化、コーディング、カテゴリー化、類型化について学習する。
12回[対面/face to face]：質的データの分析の実施
テキストデータの切片化、コーディング、カテゴリー化を実際に行う。併せて、収集した質的データの分析結果をエクセルの表やパワーポイントの図などでまとめる方法を学ぶ。
13回[対面/face to face]：プレゼンテーションの準備
収集した量的データと質的データの分析結果をパワーポイントスライドとしてまとめる。
14回目[対面/face to face]：プレゼンテーション
学期を通じて実施した量的研究と質的研究の結果を、パワーポイントを用いて発表する。
授業時間外の学習（準備学習・復習・宿題等）Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.)
授業外の課題として質問項目の作成、調査計画の立案、調査の実施、結果の集計などが順番に出題されます。これらに計画的に取り組んでください。本授業の準備学習・復習時間は各 2 時間を標準とします。
