Outline (in English)

As learning about the sustainability of the region, grasp the characteristics and issues due to the formation factors of the region, and consider the way of community development for the future. Regions have nurtured diverse personalities through natural factors such as location, topography, climate, and natural disasters, social factors such as transportation, industry, communities, politics, and interactions. There are also issues that need to be resolved. No person or company can live or operate outside this area. In this class, students are to think about their own career development while learning the basics of regional studies.
Preparatory study and review time for this class are 2 hours each.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Active participation 10%; Term paper 90%
