Outline (in English)

This course introduces the history of immigration in east Asia and discusses political, economic, social, cultural effects. The goal of this course is to understand and communicate with “others” based on the historical perspective. Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. Your study time will be more than two hours for a class. Grading will be decided according to the following process short-comment-sheet every after class (30%), group work(30%), and term-end report (40%).
