Outline (in English)

〈Course outline〉
In order for career counselors to provide appropriate support to their clients, it is desirable for them to approach the problems and issues faced by their clients from a variety of perspectives. By learning a wide range of career-related theories and approaches, students will understand the relationships and differences between them and acquire a foundation for applying them in practice.

〈Learning Objectives〉
To be able to apply various career-related theories and approaches to practical situations.

〈Learning activities outside of classroom〉
Preparation for presentation of assigned topics. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

〈Grading Criteria /Policy〉
Presentation of the theme (2 times) [Required] (80%)
Contribution to the class (20%).
The theme will be decided during the class.
