Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
"Educational law" refers to the law or legal mechanism inherent in education or the educational system, and "educational law" is the field of studying the ideal form of such law for education. Students will study on basic precedents that have had an important influence on the formation of the study of educational law and the basic concepts of educational human rights.
【Learning Objectives】
(1)Students will be able to understand the content and interrelationship between the basic concepts related to educational human rights, that is, children's right to learn, parents' right, and teachers' right.
(2) Students will be able to analyze children's rights court cases using Education law theory.
【Learning Objectives outside of classroom】
Students should read the designated texts and court cases and prepare for presentations.
【Grading Criteria/Policy】
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end report: 50%、in class contribution: 50%
