Outline (in English)

(Course outline and learning objectives): Students will understand the characteristics of media and information resources in school libraries and acquire basic skills and knowledge of media and information literacy that are necessary for teacher librarians. Examples include creating school library PR, newsletters and videos.

(Learning activities outside of classroom): In addition to classes, students will be required to submit assignments and work in groups to produce a PR magazine and video. Students are expected to complete assignments and actively participate in class. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

(Grading Criteria /Policy): Comprehensive evaluation will be based on assignments (40%), active contribution to the class (including attendance), group projects and presentations (30%), and individual project works (30%).
