Outline (in English)

(Outline)
This course aims to be will learn "how people live in local communities," including volunteer activities, events, museums and other cultural facilities, and revitalizing local communities.

（Learning Objectives)
By the end of the course, students should be able to do followings;
Understand the concept of local communities.
To look at case studies from around the world
Acquire skills and methods that will enable participants to realize their respective themes.

Your required study times is at least two hours for a class.

Your overall grade in this class will be decided based on the following.
Ordinary points (20%), Active participation in class, including discussion (30%),Individual or group presentation (20%)

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives

テーマは「地域コミュニティを探る」です。
人の生き方は、地域との関係を抜きにしては考えられません。生活、仕事、NPO活動、行政、文化活動、福祉活動などを通して、人は地域との関わりをもち生きています。地域でのボランティア活動やイベント、ミュージアムなどの文化施設の効果的なあり方や、地域を活性化させることなど、「地域コミュニティにおける人の生き方」に関することを題材にします。

到達目標Goal

●3年生
①「まちづくり」活動が市民のキャリア形成におよぼす現状を理解する。
②参加者が各自で設定したテーマについて調査や分析方法を獲得しレポートを作成する。その発表や討論を通じて自己形成をはかる。
●4年生
卒業論文の準備と中間報告、卒業論文を完成させる。

3年生は、説明、実地見学、文献講読など。共同調査と報告書の作成。
4年生は、卒業論文作成のための調査研究と報告・発表。

最終授業で、授業内容のまとめや復習だけでなく、授業内で行った課題や発表に対する講評や解説も行う。
