Outline (in English)

Course outline: In this seminar, the theme is “how the coming work-style changes”. In this course, I will pick it up about the agenda of current situation of the work-style. Students will be able to deepen the understanding about the carrier design through a discussion, documents reading and article writing.
Learning Objectives: The goal of this course is to develop awareness of issues related to business career development and to acquire basic skills in conducting empirical research and analysis to clarify these issues.
Learning activities outside of classroom: In addition to class time, students will be expected to voluntarily conduct literature surveys, research, and analysis. Students required study time is at least 3 hours.
Grading Criteria /Policy: Final grade will be calculated according to the following process ; Mid-term/Term-end report (50%) and in-class contribution(50%).
