Outline (in English)

This course focuses on some of the essential topics in organizational behavior. It will cover basic analytical approaches and some practical examples of firms. The course aims to provide the students with fundamental theoretical frameworks and pragmatic approaches that can work as guides to implement human resource management.

Learning objectives
Can explain basic constructs and theories of corporate and business strategy.
Can explain basis terms of digital transformation.
Can analyze a firm's business model.

In-class Assignment: 30%
