Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
The theme of this class is "Human Resource Development and Career Formation".
You can learn the way how employer develop human resource and how employees develop thier skill and kowledge.
This theme can be divided into some subtheme,such as work way of younger workers,womens worker,white collar worker.
You can get kowledge and skill about these theme through this class.
【Learning Objectives】

Group themes will be set based on the spring semester, and the ability to independently run the PDCA cycle of hypothesis → research → verification will be cultivated.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
・ In addition to regular exercises, it is necessary to hold sub-seminars for each group to prepare for literature reviews and hearing surveys.
・ It is also necessary to visit the company and conduct hearings separately from the usual exercises.
・ The standard preparatory study and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】
Attendance at exercises and 50% attitude. It is 50% of the exercise report.
It is supposed to be a regular face-to-face class. In addition, if the online class is conducted according to the university policy, the specific method and criteria will be presented on the learning support system on the day the class starts.
