Outline (in English)

The aim of this course is to create opportunities to enhance your own employability and entrepreneurship by considering "what makes the difference between those who increase employment opportunities and those who do not" and "who can create business opportunities."

By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings:
1.Creating an opportunity to understand methods to deepen your understanding of the labour market and the times.
2.Promoting and checking your self-understanding, and increasing your awareness of social role and employability.
3.Providing time for contemplation on what it means to be a 'people expert', which is one of the greatest strengths of being a career design graduate.
Occasionally a brief report will be given. Your study time will be more than 4 hours for a class.

Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following:
Term-end examination(25%), Reports(25%), Comments on reaction papers(50%),and in-class contribution. The final examination will be open-book (students may bring in all but electronic equipment) and will include questions to see whether the achievement objectives have been met.
