Outline (in English)

Life-designing processes and outcomes are involved with many aspects of one's lives, and as such there is a whole spectrum of relevant research and training relating to the fields. Nevertheless, the goal of the fields is one thing in common -- maximizing one's well-being. In this class, students will learn how to manage issues about their life-designing processes, so that their well-being can be maximized. We accomplish this goal by learning about theories and methods of community psychology.
