Outline (in English)

[Course outline]
This course introduces extra-curricular activities at school. In the field of extra-curricular activities, there are home room activities, student council activities, school events, etc. This course explains how the teacher guides students in these activities, and how to cooperate with students’ families and related organizations in the regional community. In this lesson, discussions, group work and other active learning methods will be carried out.

[Learning Objectives]
Extra-curricular activities are a collection of activities that are carried out in various groups, such as groups, to discover and solve problems, and to aim for a better group and school life. Understand the significance of extracurricular activities in school education as a whole, and have the perspectives of "human relations formation," "social participation," "self-realization," and "school as a team." Acquire the knowledge and background necessary for guidance based on the characteristics of special activities such as the reciprocal relationship with each subject and the systematic response in collaboration with local residents and faculty members of other schools.

[Learning activities outside of classroom]
Incorporate preparatory learning and report assignments according to the theme and content of the lesson as appropriate. The standard preparatory study and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

Reaction paper / normal points (15%), discussions during video learning (15%), presentations at workshops (10%), term-end reports (60%)
