Outline (in English)

In the Autumn Session (as the Fall Semester: September 13 - 19). Based on the knowledge of natural history acquired in the spring semester, fieldwork will be conducted at a natural history museum to study the significance and contents of museum exhibits and their display techniques, based on surveys of exhibits.
Eventually, the objective is to reconsider our relationship with nature. To learn about the formation process of nature and the evolution of organisms in the history of the earth (natural history) in order to understand human beings as living organisms.
From the viewpoint of biology, we will consider what life is and what evolution is, and how the diversity of life on the earth has been created.
We will also consider the relationship between humans and the ecosystems maintained as a result of biological evolution, which are currently linked by industries such as fisheries, agriculture, and forestry.
Students are expected to complete the required assignments (class tests, assignment reports) at the end of each class.Your study time will be more than four hours for a class.
The basic grade is the report to be submitted at the end of the lecture/practice (60%). In addition to this, various documents to be submitted in the lecture (impressions of videos, etc., quizzes, etc.) (40%) will also be added, and students will be evaluated comprehensively.
Students who have achieved at least 60% of the objectives of the class will be graded on the basis of this grading system.
