Outline (in English)

In spring semester, basic understandings for consumer theory in microeconomics could be acquired by lecture and solving several practices.
In autumn semester, understanding for basic statistics has been acquired by solving problems, textbook have offered, using excel or VBA.
This course introduces basic consumer theory in micro economics, and relationships among distributions, have been often used in statistics.
The goal of this course is to predict consumptions changes and individual demand curve changes correctly by policy change ;tax rate change, and subsidy change based on consumer theory. Another aim is for students to confirm retrieving several distributions(normal distribution, chi-squared distribution, t-distribution, and etc.) from generating random variable from unique distribution, and making some transformation of it, by VBA programing.
In the spring semester, before/after each classroom meeting, students will be expected to spend 4 hours to understand the course contents. In the autumn semester, before/after each classroom meeting, students will be expected to spend 4 hours to complete programing, and acquire the basic image of generating a certain distribution.
In the spring semester, your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following, Mid-term report:40%, Term end report;40%, and in-class contributions:20%.
In the autumn semester, your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following, 1st report:20%, 2nd report:20%, 3rd report: 20%, term end report: 20%, and in-class contributions:20%.
