Outline (in English)
Building on the content studied in Public Economics A, this course will focus primarily on taxation and government debt as means of financing the government. Students will seek answers from an economic perspective to issues related to fiscal consolidation and tax reform, such as the accumulation of public debt, consumption tax increases, and income tax reform. Students will also learn about fiscal and monetary policies to stabilize the economy.
The goal of this course is to provide students with a basic understanding of public economics in terms of revenue, so that they will be able to understand the economics of the problems of government taxation and financing through government bonds. The goal is also to master the basic content of economic policy so that students can present desirable fiscal and monetary policies in response to real economic trends.
Students are required to prepare and review this class for at least four hours per week. Students are also required to review Microeconomics AB (2nd year) and the lecture materials distributed by the class support system (Hoppii) to prepare for the lecture.
Evaluation will be based on classroom examinations (100%). Details will be announced in the lecture.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
本講義では公共経済論Aで学習した内容を踏まえて、政府の財源調達手段である課税と国債発行に関して学習する。公的債務の累積、消費増税や所得税制の改正など、財政健全化や税制改革に関する問題に対して経済学的観点からの答えを模索する。また、経済の安定化を図るための財政・金融政策についても学習する。
到達目標Goal
本講義では、歳入の観点における公共経済学の基本的な内容を習得することで、政府の課税や国債発行による財源調達の問題点を経済学的に理解できることを目標とする。また、経済政策の基本的な内容を習得することで、現実の経済の動きに応じた望ましい財政・金融政策を提示できることを目標とする。

本講義では、自作のパワーポイント資料（PDFファイル）を用意し，授業の前日までに学習支援システム(Hoppii)にアップロードするので，各自で印刷ないしはPCを持参して講義に出席すること。授業は、対面で行う。また毎回ではないが、講義内容を復習するための確認問題を講義資料に掲載する。フィードバック（解答解説等）は講義内で行う。

講義の準備としては、ミクロ経済学AB(2年次配当)の復習を行うこと、事前に講義資料を読み、理解できたところとそうでないところを明確にした上で講義に臨むこと。
復習としては、理解できなかったところを担当者への質問等で解決すること。また確認問題を解いたり、講義資料を読み返したりすることで知識の定着を図ること。
1回の授業につき、準備・復習それぞれ約2時間程度の学習が望ましい。
