Outline (in English)

Course outline:
For students who are planning to undergo educational training in the Information Department in the next academic year, preparations for the training and mock classes are provided. In that process, students will also learn how to practice teaching. In addition, we will consider how to provide appropriate guidance on the use of ICT.

Learning Objectives:
The goal is to be able to create the instruction plan necessary for the practical training, to be able to create the necessary teaching materials, to experience mock classes, etc., and to be able to face the practical training with confidence.
We emphasize that teachers work as a group to guide students. We aim to develop the ability to have educational discussions with colleagues (such as supervisors in practical training) and share goals and teaching methods.

Learning activities outside of classroom:
Keep your interest up on a daily basis by reading about today's children and education, or by watching the news.
Please be prepared to answer when asked, "What do you want to convey to your students through the three-week teaching practice period?"
In addition, after completing the practical training for the next fiscal year, we will ask students who will take this course next year to review their teaching practice, including their experiences, as post-practice instruction.

Grading Criteria /Policy:
Evaluate learning instruction plans (originally created, improved after taking lessons) and mock lessons. Mutual evaluation by students will also be taken into consideration.
Normal points: In principle, perfect attendance is required in actual teaching practice, so even in this class
        I value normal points.
Guidance plan: Evaluate whether a well-thought-out detailed plan has been completed
        Make it a standard.
Mock class: Not only class development, but also colleagues (who are taking classes in the same
We also value cooperation with students).
Due to the nature of the course, students will be disqualified if they are deemed to have problems with their degree of participation or attitude toward the task.
The evaluation of lesson plans and mock lessons for "classes centered on lectures" is 50%, and the assessment of lesson plans and mock lessons for "classes including practical training" is 50%.
