Students will enhance their listening and reading comprehension through introduction and practice of specific grammar and vocabulary related in thematically with extension through longer and more challenging reading and listening exercises.
Students will comprehend and process information in printed and audio form more accurately and become more aware of context in understanding
information delivered in different genres in English.

Students will enhance their listening and reading comprehension through introduction and practice of specific grammar and vocabulary related in thematically with extension through longer and more challenging reading and listening exercises.
Students will comprehend and process information in printed and audio form more accurately and become more aware of context in understanding
information delivered in different genres in English.
到達目標Goal
The goal of the course is to develop the students' ability to assimilate information through both intensive and extensive practice in reading and listening, and at the same time to reinforce familiarity with grammar structures and vocabulary that are introduced in a thematic context. At the end of the course, students will be more accurate listeners and readers. They will be able to follow and understand information from printed and audio sources more accurately and be more confident in approaching such material in real life.

There will be a strong focus in both reading and listening on developing a broad vocabulary in context and appropriate strategies for comprehension. We will use the textbook, "Smart Choice Fourth Editon Level 5" in most classes, with individual tasks and pairwork.
