Outline (in English)

The aim of this course is to help students acquire
an understanding of the fundamental principles of Human Resource Development. At the end of the course, participants are
expected to explain the essential concepts of Human Resource Development.
Goal
At the end of the course, students are expected to gain an overall perspective on human resource development theory and career theory.
Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.)
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
Grading criteria
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following:
Presentation of case study assigned by each student: 65%、in class contribution: 35%
