Outline (in English)

The aim of this course is to help students understand theory and cases about strategic decision making of firms, which leads subordinate operational or functional decisions. The goals of this course are to understand the logic, interaction, mechanism, and dynamism of strategic management. Students will be expected to explain firms' move and industrial change using those logic and concepts. Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to prepare and understand the course content. Grading will be decided based on semester-end examination (86%), and each class assignments (14%).
