Outline (in English)

In order for today's children, youth, and adults to develop themselves as independent and collaborative leaders, we will consider what kind of learning support, condition development, planning, and business management perspectives are required in local government social education, focusing on the various issues of modern local communities, social education practices, and the guarantee of the right to learn.
Deepen understanding based on practical cases of contemporary issues in supporting the independence of young people who are tackling various regional issues, the relationship between civic activities such as NPOs and social education, how to perceive the learning needs of adults, the significance of learning by adults, and the formation of competence of social education staff, and acquire basic competencies related to Learning outside of class hours Methods and criteria for grading
Conduct a survey of the social education plan and social education facilities (staff structure and projects) of the local government of your choice, and compile an interview report.

Comprehensive evaluation of class attendance and attitude toward initiatives (50%), press reports, and final reports (50%).
