Outline (in English)
Course outline
This is a small-group seminar in the "Business, Management and Law Course (focusing on labor law). Students will explore contemporary issues in labor law through literature and case studies.
The main focus of the class will be on literature research, which will cover monographs, collections of articles, and classic important literature in the field of labor law in recent years, and students will summarize the assigned texts while striving for an accurate understanding of their contents. If the student's interest is focused on a particular topic, we will also conduct case studies and reports related to that topic.
Learning Objectives
To be able to correctly read and comprehend the objective meaning of the literature.
Students will be able to present their own arguments based on objective evidence in light of the participants' comments.
Learning activities outside of classroom
The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
Those in charge of reporting will summarize the contents of the literature they are in charge of, as well as conduct research on relevant precedents and theories.
Those who are not in the reporting group should prepare questions for discussion.
Grading Criteria /Policy
The student will be judged on the basis of his/her report and participation in the discussion (100% of regular marks).

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
「企業・経営と法コース(労働法中心)」の少人数ゼミです。文献研究や判例研究等を通じて、労働法において問われている 現代的課題を探求します。
授業の中心とする文献研究では、近時の労働法分野におけるモノグラフィーや論文集、古典的重要文献を取り上げ、課題文の要約を行いながら、内容の正確な理解に努めます。また、学生の興味が特定のテーマに集中する場合には、そのテーマに関連する判例研究・報告を実施することも予定しています。

・文献の客観的な意味を正しく読解できる。
・参加者の発言を踏まえ、客観的な根拠に基づいて自らの主張を示すことができる。

◎対面授業によって行いますが、初回はオンラインにて行います。
◎近時の労働法分野におけるモノグラフィーや論文集、古典的重要文献を取り上げ、報告者が課題文の要約を行います。参加者は報告を聞いたのち、報告の良い点、内容上の不明点を議論します。
◎夏休みに他大学との合同ゼミも予定しています。
