Outline (in English)

In this course, students will learn some aspects of modern American law, and compare them with Japanese law.
At the end of the course, students are expected to acquire basic knowledge of American law and to understand Japanese law more deeply and acquire presentation and discussion skills.
Before and after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend two hours to prepare and understand the course content.
Final grade will be calculated according to preparation and in-class presentation and contribution (100%).
