Outline (in English)

In this course, the students learn Administrative Law by presentations and discussions. They have to study themes or subjects decided by the teacher or themselves, and in class give the presentations and take discussions about these. In the spring term, case studies about Administrative Law are taken up. The students need to read the facts in cases, refer to some courts’ decisions, and answer some questions. In the fall term, the students in 6th semester will decide themes by themselves, and then research about these. In same term, the students in 8th semester will give presentations about their themes that have decided at last year, and write papers on these.
At the end of the course, students are expected to explain basic matters, to choose a framework for handling administrative disputes, and to acquire the ability to make a presentation.
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
