Outline (in English)

In this course, the basic legal theories of acts of Administrative Agency and the outline of Administrative Remedies are taken up. Acts of Administrative Agency are concerned to Fundamental Human Rights. For example, Regulation to Occupation will regulate the Freedom to act Occupation. Livelihood Protection will realize the Right to live. So, in these meanings, the Administrative Law theories are means of Human Rights Protection. Administrative Remedies mean remedies to rights or interests that are injured by acts of Administrative Agency.
At the end of the course, students are expected to understand legal forms of act of Administrative Agency, law of Administrative Remedies and law of Administrative Procedure.
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following;
Term-end report: 100%.
