Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
This seminar will develop the skills and abilities to analyze cases on issues of constitutional law and to argue for / or against constitutionality of governmental regulations in those cases in accordance with important decisions of the Supreme Ccourt.
Seminar Ⅱ deals primarily with the right to pursuit of happiness , economic freedom, social rights, and political rights..
【Learning Objectives】
At the end of the course, students are expected to properly analyze complex constitutional cases, and consider the way of legal solution about those cases.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Before each class meeting, students will be expected to have read the relevant chapter from the text and the relevant judgments of the Supreme Court. Your required study time is at least four hours for each class meeting.
【Grading criteria/Policies】
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end report:50% , mid-term reports and presentation:50%
