Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
This course is a supplement to the Constitutional Law Ⅰ and an introduction to the advanced courses.
【Learning Objectives】
At the end of the course, students are expected to have the basic information about many constitutional litigations of the Supreme Court.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend 4 hours to understand the course content.
【Grading Criteria/Policies】Final grade will be decided based on the following process: in class contribution(30%),term-end report(70%).
