Outline (in English)
This course introduces students to the knowledge and skills for object-oriented programming using Eclipse, an integrated development environment for Java that is widely used for developing systems and applications.
In addition to acquiring the knowledge of variables and control structures required for programming, will learn how to design programs and how to implement algorithms. The goal is to enable the students to create a basic Java application.
The goal of this course is as follows:
(1) To acquire knowledge of variables, control structures, etc. necessary for programming in Java,
(2) To understand the concept of object-oriented programming,
(3) To understand how to construct algorithms,
(4) Build Java applications by oneself.
The standard preparation and review is 2 hours for each class.
This course progresses on the premise that students have reviewed the previous contents until they understand the contents before the next class. Therefore, students are recommended to consider creating their own programs in their free time as independent assignments. Programming skills will be derived from the time spent on program creation.
The following three assignments will be made: report assignment (50%), midterm assignment (20%), and final assignment (30%). The degree of goal achievement will be evaluated holistically.

システムやアプリケーションの開発に幅広く使用されているJavaの統合開発環境であるEclipseを使用し、オブジェクト指向プログラミングに必要な知識とスキルの習得を目指す。
到達目標Goal
(1) Javaによるプログラミングに必要な変数や制御構造等の知識を身につける。
(2) オブジェクト指向の考え方を理解する。
(3) アルゴリズム構成方法を理解する。
(4) Javaアプリケーションを一人で作り上げられる。

本授業では最初に、「プログラミング入門」の復習と新しい文法の習得をする。その上で、幅広いプログラムスキルを身につけていく。最終課題では実際に動くアプリケーションソフトウェアを作成する。
授業内で行う演習課題について適宜フィードバックをしながら進めていく。また、レポート課題に対してフィードバックを行う。
授業計画は授業の展開によって変更する可能性がある。

授業の目的と概要の説明、JavaとEclipseの解説する。
第2回[対面/face to face]：変数と条件分岐
Javaにおける変数の型を知る。if文を使って条件分岐を学ぶ。
第3回[対面/face to face]：繰り返し構文
while文を使った繰り返し構造を学ぶ。
第4回[対面/face to face]：クラスとインスタンス
オブジェクト指向の基本的な概念を学ぶ。
第5回[対面/face to face]：クラスの継承
クラスの継承について学ぶ。
第6回[対面/face to face]：配列とその操作
配列について知り、for文を使った配列の操作する方法を学ぶ。
第7回[対面/face to face]：キャストと参照
Javaにおける型の変換と参照について学ぶ。
第8回[対面/face to face]：多次元配列
入れ子になった配列を用いて、主に2次元の配列の操作を学ぶ。
第9回[対面/face to face]：連想配列
HashMapを使って、キーと値の組み合わせデータの保管方法を学ぶ。

ファイルからテキストデータを読み込む方法を学ぶ。

ファイルへテキストデータを書き出す方法を学ぶ。

本授業の準備学習・復習時間は各2時間を標準とする。
前回までの内容ができるようになった前提で授業を進めていく。課題に取り組みながら各回の内容が十分に達成できるようにしなければならない。そのために、空いている時間に自主課題を考えて積極的にプログラムの作成を試みることが望ましい。プログラム作成にかけた時間がプログラミング能力へ結びつく。

適宜資料の配布と提示を行う。
参考書References
授業内で参考資料をその都度提示する。Javaの参考書は無償、有償を問わず多数ある。自分に合ったものを探して用意してよい。
成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
レポート課題 (50%)、中間課題 (20%)、最終課題 (30%)として、到達目標への達成度を総合的に評価する。
