Outline (in English)

Understand the basic system of the Civil Code relating to "property".he contents of this lecture are as follows. Transfer of ownership in sales contracts, collection of receivables and securing of receivables, joint debt, guarantee debt, mortgages, lease contracts, etc. This lecture will give us the knowledge that is indispensable for living a social life. And this lecture aims to acquire such knowledge.

【Goal】
1. Understand the overall image of civil law (Level C)
2. Understand the basic system of civil law (Level B)
3. Ability to think about various problems that arise in society from the perspective of civil law (Level A)

【Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.) 】
Read the textbook before class, watch the class video, and review after class. The standard time for preparation and review for this class is 2 hours each.

【Grading criteria】
A 100% evaluation will be made based on the results of regular examinations on whether students have acquired basic knowledge of property law (property law and law of obligations) in civil law, and whether they have understood relevant judicial precedents and legal interpretations.
For the regular exam, present the questions on the "Report" of the class support system, answer the attached answer sheet within the specified period, and submit it to the "Report".
The Civil Code was significantly revised in April 2020. Along with that, the textbook has also been greatly revised and updated. Please be aware that even if you use an old textbook, you will not be able to understand the contents of this lecture, and you will not be able to cope with the final exam.
