Outline (in English)
The aim of this course is to help students acquire Comprehensive English skills through the movie " Erin Brockovich".
【Goal 】
(1)To be able to understand English sentences.
(2)To be able to understand the content of English sentences and conversations by listening to them.
(3)Develop the ability to infer meaning in English reading and listening.
【Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.) 】
One hour each for pre- and post-class preparation is expected. Students are expected to study mainly from the textbook and handouts.
【Grading criteria】
English reading assignments (３５%), final exam (4５%), relative evaluation (20%)

映画（『エリン・ブロコビッチ』）を題材とした教科書を用いて、総合的英語力の向上を目指す。
到達目標Goal
(1)まとまりのある英語の文章を理解できるようになる。
(2)臨場感のある英文や会話を聞いて、内容を理解することができる。
(3)英文読解・リスニングにおいて、意味を推察する能力を養う。

オンライン授業の回は課題配布とし、対面授業の際に要点を確認する。対面授業の回は、映像資料を用いて、リスニングやスピーキングを実施する。尚、授業計画は授業の展開によって、若干の変更があり得る。
