Outline
This cource deals with the basic concepts and principles of the body.
Goal
At the end of the course,students are expected to live a healthy life.
Preparation
Keep in mind your health and try to be able to actively participate in the class.Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class.Your study time will be more than two hours for a class.
Grading Criteria
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following

生物としての生きる基盤の「身体」に関する知識を広げると共に文化的存在、または社会的存在である身体の側面にも焦点をあて、身体に関する機能や意味などについて考察していく。
到達目標Goal
「身体」に関する考え方、知識を広げる。自己の将来を見通してのからだ・健康づくりの設計ができる。

講義を主体とするが、適宜グループ単位で話し合いや発表を行う。
各回の講義の中で、リアクションペーパー等の提出を求める。
授業の初めに、前回の授業で提出されたリアクションペーパーからいくつか取り上げ、全体に対してフィードバックを行う。
数回にわたりゲスト講師を予定している。
授業計画は授業の展開によって、若干の変更があり得る。

身体のつくりや性について改めて深く学び考えた、と書いてくれた学生が多かった。うれしいことである。これからも、自分の身体としっかり向き合って生きていくという学生を増やしていきたい。
