Outline (in English)

(Course outline)
The purpose of this course is to improve the qualifications as an engineer / researcher and to improve the ability to organize and solve problems based on the specialized knowledge acquired by the third year. The course format is different from other subjects, and each student conducts research on issues according to the specialized field of the academic advisor. The results will be submitted as a graduation thesis and will be examined. In the process, cultivate the ability to compile and publish treatises.
(Learning Objectives)
Acquire the ability to identify problems, the ability to solve problems, and the ability to communicate through the performance of graduation research. Understand engineering issues and background, predict the problems and issues in future, etc..
(Learning activities outside of classroom)
Carry out graduation research in the laboratory and at home. The standard time for preparation and review for this class is 2 hours each.
(Grading Criteria /Policy)
Based on the following evaluation criteria, the method and criteria for grade evaluation will be adjusted as needed. Specifics will be shown separately through laboratory seminars. Comprehensive evaluation will be made based on the status of research efforts and graduation research 1 report. Graduation Research 1 implementation record: 80%, Graduation Research 1 report: 20%. However, applicants who have engaged in research for less than 90 hours will be disqualified.
