Outline (in English)
Students will learn the basic theory and technical methods for creating a comfortable environment based on understanding the characteristics of the external climate surrounding buildings and cities. Through this course, students will be able to acquire the fundamental theories and technical methods to create a sustainable environment regarding heat, air, light, sound, and water.
Each lesson has a set theme and consists of lectures and exercises on fundamental theories. Students are expected to understand the lecture material proactively, perform the exercises, and submit them. First, students must prepare for the relevant textbook's contents by referring to the syllabus. Students are expected to thoroughly review what they need help understanding in the exercises to be performed during class time. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
Evaluation will be made comprehensively by 20% for each exercise and 80% for the final examination.

建築・都市をとりまく外界気象の特性を把握した上、快適な環境を創りだすための基礎理論と技術的手法について学習する。これにより持続可能な環境を創りだすための基礎理論と技術的手法を習得する。
到達目標Goal
環境要素として，熱，空気，光，音，水の環境に関する基礎的な理論と応用力を身につけることを到達目標とする。

各回の授業はテーマが設定されており，基礎理論の解説（講義）と演習により構成している。主体的に講義資料を理解し，演習を行い、提出する。

大気の組成，室内環境基準，必要換気量，風力換気の理論を理解し，その応用を学ぶ

温度差換気，換気効率の理論を理解し，その応用を学ぶ

伝熱の基礎理論をしっかり理解し，その応用を学ぶ
5回[対面/face to face]：熱環境：住宅の熱損失係数Ｑ値
住宅からの総合的熱損失の理論を理解し，省エネルギーの指標であるＱ値を求める

住宅の内外圧力差と通風量との関係を理解し，Ｃ値を求める

湿り空気と空気線図を理解し，壁体の結露を演習により習得する

総合的温熱快適指標であるＰＭＶ，ＥＴ*の理論を理解し，演習により評価手法を学習する

太陽放射の特性，年間を通した太陽位置の動きを理解し，建物による日陰を演習により学習する
10回[対面/face to face]：視環境：測光量，光理論，色彩
光に関する基礎の測光量と単位を理解し，光に関する法則を演習により学習する
11回[対面/face to face]：視環境：光理論，色彩
表色系であるマンセル表色系，ＸＹＺ表色系などを理解し，その応用を学習する
12回[対面/face to face]：音の理論
音の物理的レベル，騒音レベル，ラウドネスなどを理解し，その応用を演習により習得する
13回[対面/face to face]：音響
遮音・吸音・残響の理論と適切な音響の理論を理解し，その応用手法を学ぶ
14回[対面/face to face]：環境評価
環境性能評価手法を理解し，その応用手法を学習する
授業時間外の学習（準備学習・復習・宿題等）Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.)
まず，シラバスを見て該当するテキストの内容を予習しておくこと。時間内で行う演習問題で分からなかったことは，十分に復習すること。環境に関連する新聞記事などにも関心をもつこと。
本授業の準備学習・復習時間は、各2時間を標準とします。

内容が豊富で難しいと感じるようだが，基礎理論は建築，都市の他に応用できると考えられる。
