Outline (in English)

Course outline: In this course, we will focus on the basic principles in criminal law, and the common elements of criminal offenses. In that regard, we will be focusing on the discussions regarding their interpretation(doctrines, jurisprudence).

Learning objectives: The main goal is for students to understand the foundations of criminal law thinking and the common elements of any offense. Mainly
1- understand how to read a section of the law and apply it to an actual situation
2- understand the different doctrines(the reason of the differences in interpretation and the practical consequences of those differences) and the position of the jurisprudence

Learning activities outside the classroom: Before/after each class meeting, each student should spend approximately four hours to understand the course content.

Grading criteria : Final examination 100%
