Outline (in English)

【Course outline】Based on the research outcome gained from Special Course IIA and IIB concerning the welfare system and care measures for the aged, students will continue their learning by (re)examining research structures, literature review, and field work for their graduation thesis.
【Learning Objectives】The goal of this course is to complete a research paper by conducting research according to the graduation research theme and research plan, and through presentations and discussions in seminars.
【Learning activities outside the classroom】Students are expected to read prior research papers, conduct fieldwork and research according to the graduation research theme, and reflect on the comments received in their reports in order to complete their research papers. The standard preparation time and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
【Grading Criteria/Policies】Students will be evaluated on the basis of their participation in the class and the content of their reports (70%) and their submission of the research implementation plan report (30%).
