Outline (in English)
Course outline
This lecture course is aimed understand lows, policies and any other systems for person with mental health issues and around them.
Learning Objectives
The goals of this course are to understand below 1. 2. 3 and 4.
-1. Policies about psychiatry and social service for person with mental health issues.
-2. Support facilities for person with mental health issues.
-3. Offenders’ rehabilitation and act on medical care treatment for person who have caused serious cases under the condition of insanity.
-4 Rights and with mental health issues.
Learning activities outside of classroom
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. Your study time will be more than four hours for a class.
Grading Criteria /Policy
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end examination: 50%、Short reports and in class contribution: 50%

2．精神保健医療福祉に関する法制度やサービスを理解する
3．法制度や福祉サービスの理解を通して精神保健福祉士としての価値や実践を理解する
4.精神保健福祉領域における人権について理解を深める

精神保健福祉に係る歴史や理念を理解し、現行の福祉施策の背景や動向について解説する。また、精神障害者をとりまく保健医療福祉に関する具体的な法律や制度及び現状について解説する。主として講義形式で行うが、授業内での発表、ディベート、リアクションペーパーの提出を求めます。リアクションペーパーや課題等に対しては、提出後翌授業時に口頭及びコメントを記載したものを返却するなどしてフィードバックをします。
