Outline (in English)

<Course Outline & Learning Objectives> To practice the social work for diversified and complexed welfare issue at present, we must understand the managerial fundamentals that makes social welfare services effective and sustainable.Through this program, students will learn about the management theory of non-profits, including the social welfare corporations.
<Learning activities outside of classroom>Before each class meeting, students will be expected to have read the lesson material in advance. After class, refer the materials such as relevant act and regulations to the contents at the lecture.Your required study time is at least one hour for each class meeting(before/after).
<Grading Criteria/Policy> Term-end examination(50%), in-class contribution & mini-test(50%)
